Diagnosis and diagnosis basis: traumatic infection; visual diagnosis + laboratory examination

2.1 Clinical examination: Mental stress, high body temperature, normal mucosal color, normal hydration state, enlarged lymph nodes on the body surface, a large area of skin loss on the right side of the body, infection and innovation.

2.2 Laboratory examination:

Hematological examination: visible inflammatory reaction.

Imaging examination: no obvious abnormalities.

3.Treatment

3.1 Treatment idea

This disease is initially diagnosed as skin loss infection caused by scratch, and the infection can be controlled by giving antibiotics; laser laser promotes tissue regeneration and wound recovery; giving reasonable diet to ensure protein supply.

3.2 Therapeutic regimen

Drug: Synulox® Tablets 20mg bid infection control; multivitamin B 0.5ml; continuous infusion until food and drink is normal.

Operation: All the wounds were debridement on the day of treatment, laser physiotherapy, external ointment was applied in the early stage, and then silver sulfadiazine was used with the improvement of the wound.

Laser therapy:

Mode: Felidae, skin, wound, chronic, 10cm * 10cm

Probe: 25mm zoom open probe

Mode of exposure: close range movement exposure

Treatment frequency: once a day for 6 days, once every 3 days thereafter, after the 15th day of hospitalization, only wound cleaning was done every day, and physiotherapy was stopped.

Total number: 9 times

5.Summary

Treatment result: tissue necrosis before treatment, severe infection; the wound was basically completely recovered after one and a half months of treatment.

The role of laser: laser can promote the production of fibroblasts and promote the synthesis of collagen. Therefore, it is suitable for the injury repair and healing of muscles, joints, nerves, bones and skin. Laser irradiation can improve the micro-circulation inside the animal body, improve the cellular oxygen transport capacity, and help the tissue healing. At the same time, it enhances the activity of immune cells, activating the systemic immune system, and promoting the completion of inflammatory response.

Advantages of laser treatment: Laser therapy can have a good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and healing effect in non-invasive animals.

6.Discussion

A wide range of applications, trauma, postoperative recovery, bone and joint diseases, mouth, skin, inflammation and infection, internal medicine, nervous system and animals requiring rehabilitation can be treated with laser therapy.

In this case, laser can promote the shedding of necrotic tissue, accelerate the repair and healing of the wound, reduce pain, and eliminate local inflammation, which are visible to the naked eye. Combined treatment with traditional trauma treatment can significantly shorten the wound healing time.
